• Implemented portal content management solutions to build intranet/internet sites for various clients. Used IBM Websphere Portal 5.0/6.0 and WWCM 5.0/6.0. Responsible for delivering the whole content management solution by developing the site map, site areas, pages, templates and components for the site. This also included portal administration, defining workflow and user roles into WCM artifacts, and setting up the syndication process.
• Conduct BA analysis on current systems by gathering business and user requirements and translating this into business requirement documentation and use cases. Manage scope and coordinate with project planning efforts.

JACOBS ENGINEERING, CA Sept 2005 – June 2006

• Has a role of JNET Administrator. Task is to provide technical support for Jacobs users. This task is to assist in publishing content on the site, maintenance and configuration. Other tasks is to provide development work.
• Implemented a Global Offices POC in Websphere Portal using authoring and presentation templates in WCM. Developed presentation templates and JSR-168 portlets using RAD.

• Has been one of the key developers for several modules of the application which includes the medical questionnaire for all the different regions, eval and route modules that determines based on the answers the user has entered – if it is clean or unclean.
• Has been leading teams during releases and testing cycles for NAOL modules, including maintenance, enhancements, change requests from the business side.
• Designed and created the Subscriber List and Family List pages for CAS. Entails generating new Java proxies and creating Java wrappers to translate these information.
• Designed and developed Coolgen programs for online and batch for membership billing, benefits and eligibility modules for CIS.

• Was the Y2K Test Site Leader for all applications of ING Barings which includes the countries of Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.
• Developed project plans to effectively test all applications in the whole region and if needed be remediated to fix Y2K problems.

• Assistant Team Lead for constructing GUI based objects/windows using Composer 4 (now Coolgen) for LILCO’s billing subsystem.

• Developed Foxpro programs to convert data from AS/400 DB data to ORACLE DB data.
• Programs that were created were used for field mapping, integrity check, and financial verification before loading data into the new system.

Associated Group of Insurance Companies of Indianapolis (AICI) Project Jan 1995 – April 1995

• Constructed various objects related to the data models defined in the earlier stages of the project using the Information Engineering Facility Case tool (IEF).
• Responsible for conducting unit testing, string testing, and quality assurance for the different objects
